The often gruelling work of a butcher is frequently passed down through family ties. Neil (Guillermo Diaz) is in a similar predicament, with his father putting pressure on him to step up to the meat rack and deliver the goods. Neil, however, has chosen a distinctly different path in life. A strict vegetarian, he practices a straightedge lifestyle, and spends his days hanging out with his hardcore vegan girlfriend at the local skateboard park. But his dad is persistent in his hounding of Neil, determined to get the young man's hands bloody in the long family tradition.
