White rap artist MC (Dave McCrea) skyrockets to the top of the charts with his first album, Theory Of Sell-A-Tivity. Three years later, however, he fears becoming a one-hit-wonder while working on his sophomore effort. Things look much brighter as MC scores a chance meeting with his idol, the Hip Hop legend, Hoolie Hooligan (Benjamin Cain) who has since become nothing but a plumber.
